All is flux, nothing stands still – and neither does WAZZARA.
The Swiss Post Metal/Blackgaze formation around composer Barbara Brawand recorded three new songs in late 2022 and early 2023 which will be released as EP “Ombreine” on April 30, 2023.
“Ombreine” tells of archaic visions and alpine myths, and is dedicated to transience, the vanity of existence and the destructiveness of nature, slumbering within all of us.
In a simultaneously heavy, somber, and ethereal manner, WAZZARA weave elements of Doom, Post Metal and Blackgaze into their very own web of abysses and yet luminosity.
